For first time visitors to Hong Kong Disneyland, these are the most frequently asked questions that will equip you for your trip.  Questions are answered in Hollywood Express Vol. 5, Disney's Hollywood Hotel's newsletter.

Here are the following questions:

Hong Kong Disneyland features original Disney attractions with elements designed especially for Asian audiences.  This is reflected in their Broadway-style shows, signature attractions, restaurants, parades, and fireworks.  They use creativity and technology to tell their classic stories.  For our convenience they also provide services not only in English but also in Putonghua & Cantonese.

What should I do if I need to leave the Theme Park in the middle of the day and then come back for the fireworks?
As you exit the Park, simply make sure that you get a hand stamp at the turnstiles.  You may enter and exit the Park anytime within the same day with your hand stamp and Park ticket.

How do we use our in-room phone to make local or long distance phone calls?
For local calls, touch 9 + phone number.  For long distance calls, touch 9 + 001 + Country Code + Area Code + number for long distance calls.  For room-to-room dialing within Disney's Hollywood Hotel,  touch "7" and the four digit room number.  Touch Guest Services on the Guest room phone for long distance rates or if one wishes to contact the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel.

Is there shuttle bus service to the Theme Park for Hotel Guests?
Yes, they have complimentary Resort Shuttle Bus Service running between their Hotels and the Theme Park on a daily basis.  The Resort Shuttle stop is located outside of the main lobby to the left.

Will there be any fireworks tonight?
